Hormodin 2 Rooting Powder (1 lb) Enhanced Rooting for Woody and Semi-Woody Cuttings
Hormodin is a root inducing substance. Hormodin is a formulation of indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). IBA is a synthetic auxin rooting hormone, which acts as a root stimulant. Hormodin enhances root growth, which reduces bench time and plant loss. Hormodin is easy to use, yielding steadfast performance and zero disease migration. Hormodin 2 is prepared specially for propagating many woody and semi-woody plants, including some of the evergreens.
Active Ingredients: Indole-3-Butyric Acid (IBA) 0.3% Use Sites: Best suited for woody and semi-woody ornamental plants, shrubs, and trees. Not for use on extremely soft or herbaceous cuttings (Use Hormodin 1).
Application Instructions- Moisten the Cuttings: If cuttings are not already moist, slightly moisten the basal ends before treatment (except for geraniums).
- Dip into Hormodin 2: Pour a small amount into a separate container, dip the basal end of the cutting, and coat it evenly.
- Tap Off Excess: Remove any excess powder by tapping the cutting on the container rim.
- Stick into Growing Medium: Plant the treated cuttings in a well-prepared rooting medium for optimal growth.
